| | How to print Barcodes in Microsoft AccessPlease follow the outlined steps to insert the barcode software TBarCode into your Microsoft Access™ Report (or Access Form):
- Start Microsoft Access™
- Open the database you are working on
- Open the report (form) you want to improve with bar-codes in Design View
- Select Insert -> ActiveX Control... in the menu, then select
TBarCode and press OK. A barcode element is inserted into your report
If you want to change the barcode symbology or other barcode related properties:
- Right-click the barcode and select Properties. An ActiveX property window opens
- Or right-click the barcode and select TBarCode Object -> Properties. The TBarCode property pages are displayed

| | How to print Barcodes in Microsoft ExcelPlease follow the outlined steps to insert the barcode software TBarCode into your Microsoft Excel Sheet:
- Start Microsoft Excel and open your work sheet
- Select More Controls from the Control Toolbox
- Select TBarCode and draw a rectangle where you want to place the bar code object.
- A barcode element is inserted into your sheet
If you want to change the barcode symbology or other barcode related properties:
- Right-click the barcode, select Properties and the ActiveX properties window opens.
If you want to bind the bar code data automatically to the value of a specific cell, enter the cell reference (e.g. A1) into the property Linked Cell.
- To display the TBarCode property pages, right-click the barcode and select TBarCode Object -> Properties.

Microsoft InfoPath
| | How to print Barcodes in Microsoft InfoPathPlease follow the outlined steps to insert the barcode software TBarCode into your Microsoft InfoPath form:
- Start Microsoft InfoPath
- Open a form in Design Mode
- Switch on the Task Pane (View -> Task Pane)
- If you haven't added TBarCode OCX to Microsoft InfoPath, please perform the following steps:
- Switch to Controls in the Task Pane (in the header of the Task Pane)
- Click Add or Remove Custom Controls... (at the bottom of the Task Pane)
- You see a list of already installed custom controls. Click Add and the Add Custom Control Wizard opens.
- Locate and select TBarCode in the list.
- Click Next until the Specify a Binding Property page is displayed. Important: Select the binding propertyText!
- Click Next and select the Enabled entry in the Specify an Enable or Disable Property
- Click Next and select all data types (by clicking each line) in the Specify Data Types Options wizard page. Leave the default data type as Text (string)
- Click Finish
- Click OK
- Drag the TBarCode control (displayed at the bottom of Task Pane / Controls) from the Task Pane to your Microsoft InfoPath form
- Select the data source for TBarCode (this is the field which is encoded as bar code)
If you want to change the barcode symbology or other barcode related properties:
- Double-click the barcode
- The TBarCode Properties are displayed
- Select the tab General
- Select the suitable barcode type
- Click OK
