Free Support, Service Contracts

Our first level support is free and covers approximately 90% of all requests. For production critical applications we offer priority support (including regular product updates). For individual offers and special service contracts contact us!

No VAT

Customers outside the European Union (Africa, Americas, Asia, Australia) are never charged with VAT, VAT applies only to customers within the European Union if no valid VAT-ID is provided.

Licensed Bar Code Symbologies

A 1D license includes one-dimensional bar code symbologies (like Code 39, Code 128, UPC, 2/5...) and all linear (non stacked) versions of EAN/UCC RSS symbology.

A 2D license includes all 2D barcodes and multi-row bar code symbologies (like PDF417, MaxiCode, DataMatrix, QR-Code, GS1 DataBar and EAN/UCC RSS Composite). A 2D license includes automatically all 1D bar codes.
